FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 4 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP’d guests only.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Formal attire is encouraged. (Midi or floor length dresses are appropriate.) Please no jeans or denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, dinner and dancing will be held inside.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the nature of our venue we are having an “Adults Only” wedding. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself! Cheers!

Question

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP “not attending.” If you cannot make it after you have RSVP’d, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 4:00pm will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking with provided transportation shuttles from the parking lot to the front door of the venue.

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the parking lot to the venue. If you require additional assistance to walk to the ceremony please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What else should I know?

Answer

-To comply with TN law, the bar requires ID for service. Carding over 40 is the most sincere form of flattery! If you plan on having an alcoholic beverage, please plan accordingly. -Please plan time accordingly for travel, particularly as you get close to the venue. Roads narrow as you approach the venue, and beware for kittens crossing the road! ( It’s all about the charm ;) )
