FAQs

The Wedding Website of Katelyn Fambro and Kyle Richie
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 5:00 PM. Please plan to be seated no later than 5:45 PM, as the doors will close promptly and will not reopen once the ceremony begins.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be available from the AC Hotel to the church, with return service dropping guests off back at the AC Hotel for the reception. Guests staying at other nearby hotels are kindly asked to walk to the AC Hotel to board the shuttle, as all hotels are within walking distance. The first departure will be at 5:00 PM, and the final shuttle will leave at 5:40 PM. If you decide not to take the shuttle to the Cathedral, we recommend getting dropped off by uber/lyft rather than parking your car. Then afterwards you can take our shuttle to the reception.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony parking is illustrated in the image above-parking is available for all Masses in the lot at Jennings and Texas Street, as well as in the Cathedral parking area. Reception parking is available via valet at the hotel, or in nearby parking lots throughout downtown Fort Worth. We recommend parking early, if possible, and using our shuttle service. See "transportation" FAQ for more details.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the hotel page on our website for details of our hotel block.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 11th.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire Our ceremony will take place in a church, so we kindly ask guests to follow a modest dress code. Please wear long dresses or outfits that offer full coverage, and suits for men. Think elegant, respectful, and comfortable for celebrating afterward! Please do not wear white.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests only bring the people listed on their invitation. We wish we could invite everyone, but space is limited. Thank you for understanding!
