What time will the ceremony begin and where will it be ?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail reception will take place on Saturday, June 29th, 2024 at 5:00pm, located at Loft Life Venue, 47 Edison Place Newark, NJ. We are asking all guests to make a conscious effort to arrive early, as we must adhere to our time schedule. Any guests who are unable to arrive on time will not be permitted to enter the ceremony space but will have the option to join the wedding party and other guests at the reception.

Is there free parking available at the venue ?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no free parking available at our venue. There are paid parking lots near by ranging from $25-$40. If guests are able, we encourage them to Uber to and from the venue that evening. For those of our guests who will opt to drive, a promo code will be provided on the Friday before the wedding.

Can I bring a date ?

Answer

No. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. You will only be able to RSVP for the specific number of guests included on your invitation. No other guests can be added.

Can I bring my children to the wedding ?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an 21+ event so that everyone can relax and enjoy our wedding day. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code? If so, what should I wear ?

Answer

Yes, there is a dress code. The dress code is cocktail or garden style. But please, no sneakers, jeans, or boots.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

No, we do not have a hotel room block but we have provided suggestions for our out of town guests. That information can be found under the tab labeled 'Hotel Accommodations’.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is February 6th, 2024. After this date we will no longer be accepting RSVP's.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

As we begin our lives together as one, we are especially grateful for the love and support from our family and friends. We are already so blessed with the necessities of everyday life, and have decided to instead focus on securing a down payment for our forever home. If you’re able to, feel free to contribute whatever you can to our Forever Home Fund. We’re so grateful for each and every one of you!

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Answer

Yes. Smoking is permitted at the venue, but only in designated marked areas outside.
