Our first date was at Honey Bee Tea in Manchester! What Matti thought was going to be a quick date turned into 5+ hours of conversation and getting dinner. They have several locations in Saint Louis including in Arnold, O'Fallon, and Brentwood so there should be one near you no matter where you stay! They have great bubble tea options. Keegan would highly recommend the Okinawa milk tea with brown sugar boba and toasted crème brûlée topping. Matti would suggest the Taro Tornado with brown sugar boba or the mango smoothie with mango popping boba.
This was one of our favorite early dates! Go with a group to throw axes, throwing stars, darts, and more! They provide a list of games you can play to compete against each other, or you can just get really good at throwing an axe! They allow you to bring in your own food and drink and provide tables and chairs to sit at when you're not the one currently throwing.
We had our first kiss after visiting the sunflower fields at Eckerts in Belleville. While they likely won't have any crops to pick during March, their country store that sells preserves and cider will still be open! If you're willing to make the drive, the cider is worth it - I promise!
So much to do here! You can visit the Saint Louis Zoo, Art Museum, and History Museum all free of charge. If you're up for some walking, this is a great way to spend a day (or more!) in Saint Louis!
Take a walk across the world (at least through its plants!) at the Missouri Botanical Garden. Spend some time in nature and enjoy a nice walk, learning about the plants of different regions.
If you want to get a taste of the true Saint Louis spirit, you HAVE to visit the loop! Find your new favorite restaurant, hear some street performers, see the trolley (if you're lucky), explore some vintage retail, and maybe even catch a small concert!
I hear you, I hear you. ANOTHER museum? I promise this one is different! Built to be both an art piece and a playground, you'll have a blast exploring indoor caves, climbing through rebar tunnels, and sliding down a 10 story shoe factory chute slide! Sometimes you can even catch a circus act from Harmony Circus. The City Museum is always a delight!
