Meet our special people!

Cassidy Edwards

Maid of Honor

My best friend for life. We have been through it all. Cassidy was placed in my life not for a season, but for a season. God knew that my life needed her. She knows me more than I know myself most of the time. I can call her at anytime and when I need her she'll be there. Everyone needs a Cassidy in their life. My coffee buddy, facetime buddy, prayer buddy, instagram reels buddy, I love this girl to death!

Bianca Evangelista

Bridesmaid

If you don't know who this person is, then bye. LOL. My sister for life (literally!) It was a no-brainer that I want her up front with me. We have gone through SO much together. When Jay and I met, she has been nothing but supportive and she even knew Jay was the one for me. It makes me so happy to get married and have her up there with me. Knowing us, once we look at each other, we would probably start bawling. Love you sis!

Angelika Torres

Bridesmaid

Our cupid! I was single for 3 years and guess who wanted me to have a boyfriend so we can go on double dates - this girl! Haha. Who would've thought that her joking around finding me a boyfriend would actually find me the love of my life. I can't thank this girl enough for staying in my life even after not seeing each other for a long time. She has the kindest and selfless heart when it comes to friendship. Kakay, you have been with me through thick and thin and I love you!

Jayleen Yen

Bridesmaid

I don't even know where to begin with this girl. I met Jayleen in high school where we played tennis together, but we weren't close (yet). Our forever friendship began at UCLA where I saw her 2 years after we graduated high school. It was like nothing changed. We became work out buddies and our conversations never ceased even though we don't respond for days at times. She hypes me up, makes me laugh, makes me cry when we reminisce our friendship and I can't live without her! Love this girl SO much!

Gianne Sanchez

Bridesmaid

My dongsaeng! Gianne is my cousin and I truly would've never thought we would be this close. Everytime she came here from the Philippines to visit, she would be quiet and never want to leave the house. A couple years later, she decided to finally stay here in America with my family and her presence has made me love being home even more. We pretend like we're Korean because she loves KPOP/kdramas and I love Jay and Kdramas haha. Mahal kita dongsaeng!

Yorick Yuan

Best Man

We've known each other since 6th grade so our friendship is the oldest friendship I've ever had; so, it was only natural for me to have Yorick be up there with me. From 6th grade to this day, our friendship is one I deeply treasure and wouldn’t trade any of our traditional weekly pho meals, study sessions for AP calculus, simp sessions over girls, or our basketball games for anything else in the world.

Chris Kang

Best Man

I first met Chris at my old church when he was still looking for a church to call home and over the years, Chris has sharpened me and has pushed me to be a man of God. We've been there for each other through some difficult times which is why it was no wonder for me to have Chris up there with me to celebrate this joyous occasion.

Isaac Chang

Groomsman

Isaac is my younger brother and even though we may have a typical older to younger sibling relationship, that doesn't make him at all any less important or valuable to me and the path that I have been on. We've wept together, laughed together, and have supported each other in many aspects of our lives and I can't imagine him not being up there with me on my wedding day.

David Macchia

Groomsman

David and I first met near the end of our freshman year in college. I think literally I met him for the first time in the last week of our freshman year and only because I was looking for one more roommate to fill our 2nd year housing situation. Little did I know that that stranger would become one of my dearest friends who, no matter the distance or time lapsed, I could always go to and it would be as if we never missed a beat.

Tim Komala

Groomsman

Tim has been an amazing friend since our high school days and as one of the few friends who stayed close to home post college, Tim and I would spend time each other over a meal and just talk about life, future aspirations when it came to houses, cars, you name it. One thing that Tim never failed to mention was that when it was time for me to get married, he would be extremely supportive and happy for me. Little did he know that my plans for him involved him being up there with me.

James Yun

Groomsman

Funny side note, I've been around and "knew" James for a long time because he went to my home church; however, because he's a few years older than me, I was always scared of him and tried my best to avoid confrontation or even talking to him. However, in the past few years, James has been instrumental in my growth as a man and he's given me so much insight and support through some of the hardest times of my life that I undoubtedly wanted him to be here at the happiest time of my life.
