How to use the complimentary shuttle service?

Answer

The venue has a shuttle that will be picking up our guests and dropping them off, as parking at the venue is strictly reserved. Courtesy Shuttle Information: You must call ahead if you plan on using this service. Advanced reservations are advised and they will accept requests 48 hours prior to the wedding. You can call 321-536-3972 or email HHOShuttle@gmail.com to request shuttle transportation. Please leave your name, number of people in your party, location/time you would like to be picked up, and a telephone number. If you do not wish to stay at the hotels, the shuttle will be available to guests staying within a 2 mile radius. Pickups will be every 15 minutes starting an hour and a half prior to the start of the ceremony time. Last pickup will be 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Starting 30 minutes prior to the venue rental end and continuing for one hour the shuttle will be running every 15 minutes to ensure our guests get back safely.

Where can we park?

Answer

The venue parking lot is reserved. Additional parking will be located at "3D Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center." The address is: 141 Coconut Drive, Indialantic, FL 32903. Please keep in mind this parking lot is about 3 miles away from the venue. We recommend using the shuttle service or Uber.

What is Semi-formal attire?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is an outfit that is dressier than what you'd wear to an office, but not as dressy as a formal evening gown or tuxedo.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to our limited guest list & venue specific requirements. We hope you see this as an opportunity to let your hair down & enjoy the party with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to our decision to have an intimate, adults only wedding, this event is strictly by RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.
