During the craziness of COVID, parties were always held at Kern's Cabin (IYKYK) & that day we were celebrating Cinco De Mayo with margaritas and a water slide! Dylan was wearing a cowboy hat made of Bud Light boxes & Beth was mixing up shots for everyone behind the bar. We became great friends instantly who would be there for each other through all of life's highs & lows. Then three years later we realized we were just two best friends, head over heels for each other & couldn't wait to laugh together for the rest of our lives!
Bonded over love for country music & a good time, Nashville held a special place in our hearts! Celebrating Beth's 30 birthday, surrounded by some of our closest friends, Dylan figured it was the perfect place to pop the question. After a day of honkytonkin' through Broadway, we headed back to the airbnb to get ready for another night out on the town. As Beth was getting ready, her besties did an amazing job at making sure she wasn't wearing anything she wouldn't want to be photographed in (Sarah ripped out a very ugly orange colored shirt out of Beth's grips when she suggested she was going to change into it! LOL) Beth truly had no clue & all of our friends in on it did such a great job keeping the secret. Ya'll truly deserve an Oscar. Well, we headed up to a rooftop which overlooked the downtown Nashville skyline to meet the guys who were hanging out. As Beth approached the doors to the roof top, she locked eyes with Dylan as he stood on a rooftop with tinkle lights and light up letters that said 'Marry Me'. Beth burst into tears, Dylan popped the question & the rest is history!
