RSVP Deadline
Answer
Please submit your RSVP by 01.12.2026. If we don't receive an RSVP from you, we will not have a seat available for you. Simple as that. We're required to give our venue and caterers a headcount prior to the day of, so if you haven't indicated if you'll be able to make it, we will have to assume that you won't. Dress Code
Answer
We’d love for our guests to join us in Semi-Formal attire. A suit or blazer with dress pants, a midi-length cocktail dress, or dressy separates would be ideal. If you'd like to lean into our theme, go for something whimsical, romantic, and fantasy inspired! Plus Ones

We thoroughly believe that weddings should be a time to celebrate with family and friends whom we know and love! For that reason, no additional plus ones will be extended. Only those listed on your invite/RSVP group are welcome. We thank you so much for understanding!

Children Welcome!
Answer
If your children were included on the invitation, bring them or leave them with a babysitter! Up to you! They will be welcome as long as you include them in your RSVP. Warning: there will be a tone shift in the music around 9pm, and parents may not want little ears around. No judgment either way if you stay or go!

Parking

Our venue has fully paved parking on site! There are limited handicap spaces, and we have quite a few guests with mobility challenges. So, if you can, please leave a little space for those who would appreciate a shorter journey to and from the celebration space.

Indoors/Outdoors
Answer
Weather permitting, we will be having a gorgeous sunset ceremony outdoors with the reception to follow inside. We know it will still technically be winter, so it will likely be a bit chilly, so don't for get a coat!

Accessibility and Allergy Concerns
Answer
Our venue is ADA compliant and one story. There are no stairs, and the path is paved in the outdoor venue space. We are also going to do our best to provide gluten-free and soy-free options. If you have any other accessibility or allergy concerns, please reach out to Veronica or James. We want everyone to feel welcome and will do what we can so that you can be there to celebrate with us!

Dancing and Music
Answer
Veronica is a dancer, so of course, there will be dancing! The first part of the reception will be filled with family-friendly, fun music. We will also have an assortment of tabletop games if the dancefloor isn't for you. Later into the evening, the music will shift to have more adult themes. It is up to you how much of that you want to participate in and stick around for. Trust us, no judgment and no offense will be taken! We want everyone to have a good time!
