Summer in Anacortes can be busy, especially with the festival going on! Plan to leave early for anything you and your loved ones are doing during the weekend. The gated cabana property has ~58 parking spaces (asphalt spaces are compact parking only). There is street parking just outside the gates, and parking passes for nearby gravel lots can be provided when cabana parking is full. If you don't mind walking a couple blocks, the Skyline Property Owner’s Association has free parking, no pass required. Please arrive early, as the gates will close at 3:55pm, and open again after the ceremony.
Absolutely!! The location of the ceremony/reception is a short walk to the beach (pro tip: bring an extra change of clothes and/or a towel for the sand-loving kiddos)! Additionally, we will have plenty of lawn games and activities to provide fun for the whole family!
It is the pacific northwest folks—in other words, the weathermen are just guessing—. All jokes aside, this particular weekend is pretty reliable weather-wise, and the reception will be in a tent! However, it doesn't hurt to bring a few extra layers and possibly an umbrella!
