What time should I arrive at the Mass?

What should I do between the Mass and the reception?

Answer

There are many things to do in the area! Your best bet is probably to go over to the Mainland where they have a restaurant, beer garden, an arcade and more or to Hotel LBI for a panoramic view of the island! Of course, enjoying a walk on the beach or some shopping at Ron Jon before the party starts is always a great idea! Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation to/from the Holiday Inn Hotel, the Boulevard Hotel, and Hotel LBI for the reception. After Mass, you can check into your hotel and await your shuttle to bring you to dance the night away! Please meet in the lobby and see the receptionist for any additional questions.

Is there a dress code?

Formal attire is requested!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have an after party at Bonnet Island Estate immediately following the wedding. On Saturday afternoon we will be having a brunch at the Mainland Kitchen and Pub. Besides these planned events, we are going to be on LBI for MDW and would love to spend time with you at the beach, grabbing some ice cream, or for a late night drink. There's no better way to kick off the start of our marriage and the summer than with our favorite people. Send us a message where you are, so we can keep celebrating with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have room blocks at The Mainland and the Boulevard as well as Hotel LBI. We recommend booking as soon as possible given the wedding is Memorial Day weekend. Check out the Travel page for more information regarding these! There are also many Airbnb/VRBO properties nearby if you're staying for an extended period!

What towns would be best to book Airbnbs or VRBOs in?

Answer

Any town on LBI- the closest would be Ship Bottom, Surf City, or Brant Beach. Just off of the island, Beach Haven West has many rental properties and is a short commute to the beach!
