Garrett and a great friend of mine were in the Navy together for four years and had grown close. Turns out this cute guy from her Snapchat stories was from McAlester, 2 hours away. He actually initiated the conversation by asking her about me from a snap story, ha! We started talking nonstop, and never stopped! 🤍

We went to Las Colinas, TX one weekend for a concert. The morning of the concert, we went for a river gondola ride. We rode the beautifully decorated gondola down the canal of Las Colinas, which was practically little Italy, drinking mimosas. When we got to the falls, there was a message in a bottle “he had found in the river.” It had the sweetest note inside (we write notes often) which ended with the question. He got on his knee and showed me the most beautiful ring! 💍

Our favorite thing is being home with our dog, watching movies, true crime documentaries, or Bob's Burgers. We also like helping each other with dinner each night, taking Raider for walks at the park, and traveling to new destinations with mountains, hiking, & golf preferably.
