FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Whether you will be celebrating alongside us in Baker City or sending us your best wishes from afar, please RSVP no later than June 10, 2026. Seriously, pretty please send in your yes's or no's to save Marissa from sprouting more grey hairs than necessary!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Short answer: If you feel good, we're thrilled. Long answer: Think classy western - a little cowboy, a little elevated, and most importantly a whole lot of fun. It's July, the drinks will be cold and plentiful and the dance floor will be working overtime - so dress cool, comfortable, and celebration ready. Guys, you truly win here. A solid pair of jeans and a nice shirt and you're ready to rock and roll. Wanna wear boots? Even better but surely not required. Again, you're really the lucky ones here. Gals, we know this question can spiral quickly. Our official guidance? Wear something that makes you feel confident, beautiful, and ready to bust a move. Flowy dresses, fun prints, black, denim - we trust you. The only hard rule: white is reserved for the bride ;) We'll be outside on grass and gravel, so choose footwear wisely. If your heels double as lawn darts, you may want a back up plan. We love you and really want to avoid a trip to the ER because of a twisted ankle (or maybe that's only something someone as clumsy as me has to worry about!). Boots, block heels, wedges, flats, etc. are all fair game. Basically: Whether you show up extra dressed up or keep it a little more laid-back, what matters most to us is that you feel good - we're just so excited to celebrate together.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to celebrate with everyone - but due to space and planning, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your RSVP includes a "+1", then absolutely! If not, we hope you'll still join us and enjoy the night with all the friendly faces there. If you're unsure, just check your reservation details - they'll indicate whether a guest spot has been reserved for you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome, but that being said, they're absolutely not a requirement - so if you're looking for the perfect excuse for a parent's night out, now you have one! Please also keep in mind that space is limited and there won't be many kid focused activities. If you plan on bringing your kids along please let us know when you RSVP. Thanks so much for understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Pottery Barn, Target, Amazon, and right here on Zola too. Check out the "Registry" tab above for all registry items in one convenient place. Planning to get more creative than wine glasses and serving trays? This is your green flag to get creative if you so choose! But please know that gifts are in no way required - your love and support (from near and far) is what means the most to us, by far.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We don't want you waiting around forever but we also would prefer to not have a stream of cars rolling in as we are walking down the aisle. Ceremony will begin at 5pm so if everyone arrived by 4:30ish that would be great!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony and reception will be in the same location and parking will be on site.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Please check out the "Travel" tab for detailed directions! Just in case you're only looking for the address, here it is: 42734 Old Trail Rd. Baker City, OR 97814
