FAQs

If you have any questions, please reach out to Madeline or Carson by November 22nd.
Question

What precautions are you taking due to COVID-19

Answer

We have reduced our guest list, and are working with our venue to ensure that everyone has a safe experience. We request that you wear a mask for the duration of the ceremony, and until you are seated with your party at the reception. The ceremony will be outdoors. We will have chairs spaced to maximize social distancing. At the reception, we intend to assign seating so that we can seat you with those who are in your immediate circle, reducing exposure. Some outside seating will be available for transitional times, such as cocktail hour. We understand the inherent risks posed from COVID-19, and want you to make decisions that make you feel comfortable. RSVP's for the ceremony and reception are separate, and we totally understand if you choose to attend the ceremony alone.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you aim to arrive around 3:00 pm so that you have plenty of time to find your seat! If it is cold outside, we will have the reception area open with warm drinks until the ceremony begins.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are currently registered at Target and Amazon. Our links are attached in the registries tab.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our main request is that you dress warmly! Our ceremony will be formal but will be outside for approximately 30 minutes. Our reception will be indoors.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to COVID-19, we are unfortunately not able to add any additional guests to our list.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available and a parking attendant will be present to guide you in the right direction!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 22nd.

Question

Can I bring my Children?

Answer

We love your kids, but we would love for this to be your night off. Therefore, we have not included young children on our guest list. If you have concerns, (due to nursing or traveling a long distance) please reach out to Carson or Madeline.

Question

Can I take my own pictures?

Answer

We have a professional photographer and ask that our ceremony is completely unplugged! However, our venue is beautiful, so please feel free to take pictures before or after the ceremony.
