Are there any changes to the wedding in-light of the pandemic?

There are no changes at this time.

Will we be required to wear masks?

Answer

There is currently no mask-mandate in Newcastle, Oklahoma. You are not required to wear a mask. You may wear a mask if it makes you feel comfortable. We encourage & support your decision to do what you feel is best for your health.

Where is the ceremony & reception?

Answer

They will both be held at the same location; The Barn at Country Club in Newcastle Oklahoma. The ceremony will be downstairs & outside. The reception will be held upstairs in the barn.

What food will be served at the reception?

Answer

We will have an appetizer buffet with items such as; crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, etc.

Will alcohol will be served?

Answer

Yes; Wine & beer will be on us! The Barn has a selection of harder alcohol that you may purchase with cash.

Can we bring the kids?

Answer

Of course! The Barn has been around for over 100 years. It is a functional farm with animals on site. We do ask that you RSVP your children. If your children aren’t not listed please advise us so we can add them. Please also keep in mind there will be alcohol at the reception including beer, wine & liquor. You will be responsible for your children, there is no sitter available.
