How do I get to Gold Heart Ranch?

Answer

The venue address is: 10345 Highway 290 East Chappell Hill, Texas 77426 Please enter through the main gate, the entrance closer to downtown Chappell Hill. This gate will have signage and ribbons on it, welcoming you to our wedding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue around 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will ensure you have time to grab a glass of champagne and take a walk through the garden to the ceremony location!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting: the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the gardens. We will then move indoors for the reception. ** Please be aware, when picking your shoe choice, that the grounds throughout the gardens are uneven. **

What should I wear?

Answer

We invite you to embrace a Spring Formal, garden party style. Please keep in mind that our celebration will take place on grassy, uneven terrain, so we recommend choosing comfortable footwear, such as wedges, block heels, or flats.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Once you enter through the main gate, there will be signage directing you to where to park. Once parked, a golf cart will pick you up and take you to the ceremony location.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a night out with us!

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

There are accommodations available on the "Travel" page of our website. Due to the venue being farther out of town, there are not a lot of great hotel options, but there are some cute Airbnb's. Go take a look! Chappell Hill & Brenham properties will be located closest to the venue. Round Top (~30 minute drive to venue) Houston (~45 minute drive to venue)

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a photography and videography team at the wedding capturing all the content. Please have your phone silenced and put away during the ceremony. We will make sure to share all the pictures and videos of the day as soon as they are ready! After the ceremony concludes, you are more than welcome to take all the pictures you wish!
