What to wear?

Think Valentine's date night. Cocktail attire is perfect — dresses, suits, or anything you'd wear out to a special evening. The ceremony space is indoors and fully enclosed, but it can still get a little drafty in February, so we recommend bringing a warm coat or wrap and weather-appropriate shoes.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening.

How do I get to Bear Mountain from NYC?

Answer

By Car: Bear Mountain Inn is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from NYC. Parking is available on-site, though due to construction on the property, there will be a short walk from the lot to the venue. A $10 parking fee applies upon arrival. By Train: Take the Metro-North Hudson Line from Grand Central to Peekskill Station. From there, it’s about a 25-minute car ride to Bear Mountain Inn. Uber, Lyft, or local car services are available from the station, but we recommend scheduling a ride in advance — especially in winter. Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Merry-Go-Round Pavilion at Bear Mountain. No need to travel between venues — just time to celebrate.
