In light of the strict regulations surrounding COVID-19 we have collectively decided it would be in the best interest of our family, friends and loved ones to postpone the reception. The ceremony will still be held at St. Augustine's Church at the orignial time and date (1:30pm on 9/26/20.) St. Augustine's is set up to allow up to 125 guests while maintaining the strict COVID-19 regulations. New invitations will be sent out once a new date has been determined!
When we first met at the Lansingburgh Girls and Boys club, neither of us knew that we had just encountered our soulmate, we were no older than 13 and had absolutely no clue what love even was. Through circumstance and sheer dumb luck we managed to stay connected through social media, never talking but aware of each other's existence. 15 years later, Brad decided to get in contact with this stranger he recognized but didn't know. The connection was immediate and the laughs and joy haven't stopped.
I knew back in September 2018 that I was going to marry this girl. September 2019, I finally caved and bought ring. But life happens so fast and the perfect moment(s) came and went. Working opposite schedules would mess with the flow of any ideas I had. The Pumpkin Patch was destroyed prior to our arrival, things just never seemed to go right. I wanted do something intimate, just the two of us. I decided that I would ask her to marry me in the comfort of the home that we had shared for the last year, with Logan and Pudge in the room, I sat her down on the bed and asked her "What are your plans for the rest of your life?" and she replied "Loving you" with that I pulled out the ring and proposed.
