Question

RSVP & COVID-19

Answer

We ask that you RSVP using the assumption that June's risk and restrictions are the same as they are right now. Headcount is limited, so the earlier we can get a headcount, the better we can "plan" during uncertain times. We are hopeful that we will be able to celebrate with everyone as planned on June 19th, however we will follow imposed regulations. We are asking guest to be mindful by hand washing, sanitizing and wearing a face mask per CDC reccomendations.

Question

Where to stay, if attending the wedding?

Answer

Please refer to the travel tab at the top of the screen for additional information on Hotels or Air BnBs in the area. We have a block for the Hampton Inn and suites directly off of Highway 71 and a 15 minute drive to the venue.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 19, 2021.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the limited seating - we indicated on your RSVP card how many seats your party can RSVP for.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6 pm, we recommend to arrive around 5 - 5:30 pm. Be aware there is a steep hill to the venue.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are planning on serving Texas Styled BBQ. We are not serving seafood or nut varieties. Please use your best judgement - if you have questions reach out to the bride and groom.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking available at the venue. If you have a handicap labeled vehicle venue attendants will valet your vehicle to the front of the venue. Parking attendants will help guide your way to the right spots!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not have transportation for guest. If you need transportation arrangements, we recommended utilizing a ride service like Uber or Lyft.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you wish to say goodbye, you can swing by Maxine's Cafe and Bakery in downtown Bastrop, Tx, Sunday morning 10am - 1pm.
