Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We're registered at Bloomingdales, Tallulahs, and Zola. You can find all the information on our "registry" page right here on Zola! The "official" home of the Kirchhoff-Bley Union.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Garden attire, please. Some might ask what that means (I know we did), but think a late-summer wedding at the beach. As Deion Sanders once said, "If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you play good. If you play good, they pay good." Or something like that. Basically, think of it like the Derby, but without the horses. Ladies, it could be the last weekend to throw on that fun, floral cocktail (or maxi) dress you forgot to wear all summer. And gentlemen, I know you've been waiting for an excuse to break out the bow tie, or possibly the pattern pants. No? Well you're also great in simple slacks, button down and blazer (if you so desire). Grass appropriate footwear is recommended.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The closest street parking is on Watercolor Boulevard East and West. You also can also valet your vehicle at the Watercolor Inn, and walk across the street for the ceremony because we will end the evening at the Inn Green (for dinner and dancing).

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is unavailable to/from the ceremony. However! What we love about the Watercolor/Seaside area is the walkability! The ceremony & reception are both within comfortable distance of many of the available rental properties and the Watercolor Inn

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
