Question

How can I book my travel? Can I use other websites?

Answer

The resort does require that all reservations be made through the group block in order to RSVP and gain access wedding event venues.

What does the All Inclusive rate include?

Answer

Luxury Accomodations, Fine Dining at many 5-star restaurants, Top Shelf Drinks, Personalized Butler Service, 24 Hours In-Room Dining, Hydrotherapy circuit at the 29,000 sqft state-of-the-art spa, High Speed Wifi, Complimentary Calls to US, Canada, Europe, and South America, many activities across the resort, and much more!

Question

What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?

Answer

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico. It is your responsibility to confirm that your passport is not expired as the resort and Funjet will not waive cancellation penalties for this reason later on.

Is there transportation available between San Jose Airport (SJD) and the resort?

Answer

Complimentary airport transfers will be offered for guests staying a minimum of 4 nights. Those not staying 4 nights will be able to purchase airport transfers. Please submit flight information on the booking portal no later than one month prior to your arrival into San Jose Airport in Los Cabos.

What time is check-in and check-out at Le Blanc Los Cabos?

Answer

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Bour booking portal will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best. Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
