Easterwood Airport

Easterwood Airport is in College Station, and is very convenient! It boasts 4 outgoing and incoming flights a day, and can be a bit more expensive than flying into Houston or Austin. Though small, Easterwood does have a couple of car rental agencies. These can be found on the website under "transportation" near the bottom of the page.

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

Austin is about a 2 hour drive from College Station, but the ride is smooth and there are lots of things to do and see in this beautiful city. Austin is often called the East Coast of the South! If you are in Austin, take a trip to the award winning Terry Black's BBQ and get some ribs that will give a new meaning to life. For a relaxing trip to College Station, use the service Ground Shuttle, which will take you right to Easterwood Airport in College Station.

William P. Hobby Airport

Hobby is about a 2.5 hour drive from College Station. So much to see and do in Houston- and for the Kovacs', it is the closest airport to Carla and John's families! Ground Shuttle also picks up and drops off at Hobby Airport and drops off in College Station. For a small fee, they will take you right to your hotel!

Travel Note

Do I really need a rental car?

Yes! Though we wish we could, we are not able to provide a shuttle from College Station to the Amish Barn at Edge, where our ceremony and reception will be held. The drive is about 40 minutes from College Station, where Easterwood Airport is located. It would be very cost-efficient for family members to coordinate and share the cost of a car! Cars can be conveniently rented at Easterwood Airport.

It is conveniently located within a block of the other two hotels, and is by far the fanciest! Book here if you are planning on being "extra" and "living your best life" #treatyoself These suites will set you back about $150 to $210 a night.
