Where will the wedding take place?

Our ceremony will be held on a private family farm, followed by our reception at The Prologue Venue in New Albany, Indiana.

What time should I arrive?

Guests are invited to arrive at 3:30 PM for a pre-ceremony cocktail hour. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be held outdoors on a family farm. Please plan accordingly and be prepared for natural terrain.

Will there be drinks and appetizers before the ceremony?

Yes, guests will enjoy a pre-ceremony cocktail hour upon arrival.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Guests will drive themselves from the ceremony location to the reception venue. The drive is approximately 45 minutes. Please revisit our website closer to the wedding date for directions.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request garden-inspired attire: elevated, polished, and refined. Floral patterns are not requested. Denim, jeans, and overly casual attire are discouraged. Dressy flats, block heels, or wedges are recommended for outdoor areas.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

If the farm is not suitable due to weather conditions, both the ceremony and the reception will take place the The Prologue Venue (227 Pearl Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Any updates will be shared on the wedding website.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking will be available at both locations. Clear signage will be posted to guide guests at the farm. Parking attendants will not be present. There is street parking at the venue along with a garage located a block and a half away from the venue that is at no cost.

Is the ceremony location accessible?

Answer

The ceremony takes place on natural terrain. We recommend comfortable footwear. Guests with mobility concerns should plan accordingly.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests remain unplugged during the ceremony.

We are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Please review the wedding website for all details. A professional coordinating team will be on site to manage the ceremony and reception. The couple will not be available for questions on the wedding day.
