While the Bride and Groom have yet to go together, they’ve both enjoyed the spoils of Wekiva Island. Just down the street from their home, Wekiva Island boasts a cool river on a hot day, kayak, canoe and paddle board rentals, as well as rentable cabanas, and a bar on site! You will NOT regret any time spent here. Just be sure to pack your sunscreen and bug repellant of choice.
Susanna introduces Cassie to MSBC in Gainesville during her wedding weekend, and now she can’t get enough!!! She fell in love with the Blue Grass Grits Bowl, and has since perfected her own recreation. It’s a little off the beaten path for Orlando travel, but it comes with HIGH praise from the Future Mrs.!
Need to get in a workout while you're here?! Cassie has been boxing at Title gym to get ready for the big day. Your first class is always free!

This plaza has great food and lovely shopping. If you forgot to pack something, I bet you can find it at WPV! Be sure to check out Clean Juice for some cold pressed juices. Cassie has enjoyed drinking “The Green One” to get ready for the Big Day!

Re-live Andrew and Cassie‘s first date and pay Congo River Golf a visit! He would tell you she seemed like she wasn’t having a great time, and she would tell you she was too focused on working her hardest to not suck terribly at putt-putt in order to try and impress him! His fast math (and the many hours of conversation that followed) would ultimately win them BOTH over.
Do you have the need? The need for speed?! Check out Andretti’s for high-speed indoor go-karts, bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and more!
Andrew and Cassie have learned a fun many things visiting the Science Center! Check the calendar for special adults-only nights, or go during the day! Either way, you’re sure to enjoy something new!

Check out Andrew’s favorite “Midnight” sandwich! A classic Cuban on sweet bread. VERY tasty, and not too crunchy. This is a very hidden gem, but the bride and groom love how close to home (and the wedding venue) this is.
Whether the Douglas or Apopka (436) location, Andrew and Cassie can also go for a a little brinner! In fact, they spend every anniversary date at Waffle House to commemorate the special day! Try Cassie’s tried and true waffle with hashbrowns smothered and covered, or Andrew’s waffle with peanut butter chips (they have chocolate too!), and egg and cheese biscuit.
Did you say brunch?! Count Cassie (and the whole Bridal party) in!!! The Glass Knife is a new local favorite known for its literal collection of glass knives, artisan desserts, kitschy-buys and rotating brunch menu. You’d THINK this place would always have a line out the door, but most days it’s really easy to find a table!
