Shuttle pick up at the Crowne Plaza - please be outside at 1:10 p.m. The shuttle will depart exactly at 1:15 pm. Shuttle pick up at the DoubleTree by Hilton - please be outside by 1:20 pm. The shuttle will depart exactly at 1:30pm. Estimated arrival time at the church is 2pm. Shuttle from the church after the ceremony to the Atreeum at the Soaring Timbers at 3:30pm The shuttle will pick up guests from the reception and drop off back to the hotels starting at 9 p.m. and will run as needed. End of service at 11pm
