Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony which will promptly begin at 5. We are having a pre-cocktail hour that will start at 4:30pm. Please be sure to give yourself enough time for the gondola ride as well, it takes 15 minutes to ride up so we recommend arriving to the resort at 4:15-4:30pm

Question

The ceremony is on top of the mountain, what should I wear?

Answer

Ladies might want to bring a wrap for the outside ceremony. Reception will be held indoors.

I'm dying to take my own photos and videos during the ceremony!

Answer

It is extremely important to us that all phones and devices are put away and turned off during our ceremony. You are so special and important to us- we want to see your smiling, joyful faces rather than phones/cameras pointed in our direction. We've hired an absolutely phenomenal photographer and we would hate to have a phone/device blocking those beautiful moments for him to capture. During the cocktail hour and reception, however, please take as many photos/videos as you'd like! We would love for you to share them with us via text, email, or on social media using #BecomingBartlett

Do you have any transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We are having a shuttle available at the end of the evening from 9:30-11:30pm that will take guest back to the Wolf Creek and Moose Hollow Condominiums.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to stick to the venue requirements and keep our ceremony intimate, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate you understanding!

Question

We want to bring a gift, but we know you don't live in Utah... What should we do?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is enough, but if you would like to send a gift, please send gifts to our home address in Massachusetts. We've also created a honeymoon fund - we know shipping can be expensive and we'd love some help with our Antarctica Cruise!
