Is there a 2-night minimum for the hotel?

Answer

No! You may stay 1 or 2 nights at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel when you book through our room block.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation is provided from the hotel to the ceremony, as well as from the reception to the hotel at the end of the night! The transportation is provided by the hotel, therefore to be included in the transportation you must reserve a room through the room block for the night of June 10th

What time does the shuttle leave for the ceremony?

4:15pm from the hotel (for those who booked through the room block for the night of Friday June 10th)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We request that any additional desired guests not addressed on the invitation envelope are confirmed with the bride or groom prior to the wedding date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we have decided to have an 18 and over ceremony and reception. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

If you know Tom and I, you know that we don't dress up very often... But on this day, we will be, and we encourage you to do the same!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking is available at The Mile Away if you choose to drive to the ceremony/reception

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our food is buffet style, and we have done our best to have options for all food allergies and preferences. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need something specific!
