When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is April 30th. You can click on the RSVP tab at any time to RSVP. Unfortunately, if you don’t RSVP in time we will miss celebrating with you. We need to provide our venue with exact numbers by a certain date.

What Should I Do If I Can’t Make It?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, kindly let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” or decline so that we can plan accordingly, thank you! Also, if you plan on coming to the wedding only and not the cocktail hour or reception, kindly let us know in advance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 330 in the afternoon. Please arrive no later than 315 or you will sadly miss out on the ceremony.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held on-site at The Summit Hotel. The ceremony will be held outside, the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is an All White Affair (the Bride does not mind) so throw on your all white and come celebrate with us.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event with minimal exceptions. We encourage you to use this night as a date night! L Please check with the bride or groom if you have any questions about this.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held at The Summit Hotel. A room block has been reserved to accommodate guests who would like to stay at the venue. Kindly visit the travel tab to reserve your room by May 14th. For the guests who decide to choose other accommodations, we suggest looking in the areas surrounding the hotel. Guests are welcomed to contact the bride & groom with questions.

I am flying, where is the closest airport?

Answer

The closest airport is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport ( CVG). Kindly visit the travel tab for detailed information about the airport.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “Unplugged Ceremony” no phones or cameras out. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present when we say “I Do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. After the ceremony please take as many photos and videos as you would like.
