Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be held on December 27th, 2025 at The Pigeon Island National Landmark and The William Jefferson Clinton Ballroom respectively, located on the Pigeon Island Causeway, Gros-Islet. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, so we recommend arriving by 2:30 PM.

Question

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at The William Jefferson Clinton Pre-Function. The reception will follow, concluding at 12:00 AM.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 20th, 2025 using the invitation link sent by email from Green Envelope. This is important so we can provide a final headcount to our vendors.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is All- White Formal. For more details and inspiration, you can visit the Dress Code Page.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors. Please keep an eye on the weather and dress accordingly! We recommend grass-friendly heels for the ladies.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample free parking available at the ceremony venue.

Question

Can I bring a date or a plus-one?

Answer

Your invitation will be addressed to "[Your Name] and Guest" if a plus-one has been reserved for you. Please let us know their name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. What should I do?

Answer

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP using the meal selection link provided at the back of the invitation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced during the ceremony. We've hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment, and we'd love for you to be fully present with us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos of yourselves as you like! We ask that no photos/videos be posted of the bride and groom throughout the reception.

Question

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

The most important gift to us is your presence on our special day. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution towards our future would be warmly appreciated. A card box will be available at the reception for your convenience.
