What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 25, 2026 to give us enough time to finalize the head count for our vendors and venue.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. Additionally, we love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 15 on our wedding day.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have blocked at 2 different hotels. They are both approximately 20 minutes from the venue. The first is The Fairfield Marriott at Lebanon, TN. The rooms would be $140 a night and you can choose to stay either Friday, Saturday or both and the rate will apply. The ceremony and reception will be held at the Cedar Springs at Bone Hollow. The address is 784 Phillips Rd Lebanon, TN 37087

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is what we would like to call dressy casual or smart casual. For men, this would be a button-down shirt or collared polo and khakis or chinos. For women, this would be something like a sundress, skirt, or dressy pants with a nice top. The theme for the wedding is garden party with vibrant colors so if you wanted to match the theme you are more than welcome to!

What kind of food will there be?

We will be having a BBQ buffet catered by the incredible Red Goose Catering.

What time should I arrive at your ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 pm. We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to park and find a seat. If you arrive after 5 pm, you will kindly be asked to wait outside the ceremony area until the ceremony is complete.
