Is the wedding Indoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outside. The cocktail hour and reception to follow will be held indoors.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through our website, or you may use the QR code on the invitations.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding is semi-formal, so we encourage you to wear cocktail attire.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We ask that the kids stay home, while you enjoy an adult-night out!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We will be starting the ceremony on time. If you choose to take part in the viewing of the ceremony, arrive earlier than the time on the invitation. We recommend 15-30 minutes to mingle, find your seats, and enjoy the venue before the ceremony begins.

Do you have a wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our wedding itinerary is on our website, but we will also have them on the handouts at the ceremony.

Will food be served?

Answer

Plenty of food and drinks will be served during the cocktail hour and reception. Come hungry!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Bar is open and available for beer, wine, and seltzers if you'd like to partake in an adult beverage. We just ask, help TIP the bartenders who are there to serve you.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

There unfortunately is no elevator access to the top floor. There is however a chair lift that can help assist our wonderful guest who may have a harder time with stairs. If the wheelchair can fold, someone would be happy to assist you carrying it up the stairs.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask that the ceremony is unplugged and no cellphones are used for photograph reasons. Please feel free to use your phones after the ceremony at the cocktail hour and reception.

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited space at the venue, we are limited in the amount of plus ones allowed. We kindly ask that if you did not receive a plus one on your invitation, that you only bring yourself and the people on the invitation to the wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are recommending The Residents Inn Youngstown/Warren for your stay. Address is found under the accommodations tab. We will be providing transportation services to the ceremony and back to the hotel for first come first serve. All other Hotels are able to be booked, but will not have a room block and will not have shuttle services provided.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is transportation from the Residence Inn Youngstown/ Warren which is our hotel recommendation. There will not be transportation provided to and from any other hotels.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has plenty of parking. For those individuals that need more assistance, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you with golf cart pickup and escorting you to and from the ceremony to the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Oh no! We want to make sure we help with allergies the best that we can. Please message either the bride or groom for any allergy issues. We will try and provide a solution for you to the best of our ability.
