Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.
We love kids! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults only. *With the exception of the little ones participating in our ceremony* We hope you all understand and consider this a night out for yourself!
We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up for our big day! We are requesting cocktail attire. This means no jeans, sneakers, or casual wear.
The ceremony will start right at 6:30PM. Once the ceremony starts, the doors will be shut and locked. If you are running late, we ask that you wait for the end of the ceremony and join us for the reception at 7PM. We will still want to celebrate with you!
Our ceremony will be unplugged. Meaning, we will ask everyone to put their phones away and be in the moment with us. We have a professional photographer who will capture all the special moments for us. After the ceremony is over, you are welcome to take all the pictures you’d like! We appreciate your understanding!
We have an open bar for cocktail hour! Once cocktail hour comes to a close, the bar will switch to cash. However, we are providing transportation back to the Hampton Inn if you choose to stay there! :)
We are providing transportation from the Hampton Inn. The first shuttle to be brought to our venue will arrive at the hotel at 5:50. The second shuttle will arrive at 6:15. For the end of the night, the first shuttle will arrive at 12:00 & the second shuttle will arrive at 12:20.
RSVPs must be in by March 1st. To submit final numbers to our venue, this deadline is strict. Thank you!
