Flight

Colorado Springs Airport or Denver International

The Colorado Springs airport is 1.5 hours away from the venue, and the closest airport around. We recommend flying here to reduce driving time. You also have the option of flying into Denver which is 2.5 hours away, but may have more flight options.

Travel Note

Rental Cars

Unfortunately we are unable to hire a shuttle due to the distance between the airport and resort. We recommend the website Turo.com for rental cars as it has the best rates. There will be rental cars available at the airports as well. Please contact us if you are interested in sharing a car with someone else to cut down on costs!

Hotel

Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort

This is an all-inclusive resort, meaning that all accommodations and meals can be found at the resort and all events for the week will be held on the property. We do recommend renting a vehicle to get to the property from the airport and to be able to travel from one event to another while on the property.

Plan Your Stay

For our event, we have a block of lodge rooms available at the resort as they are the closest to the venue. However, you are free to choose any other type of room, condo, or cabin if it suits you better, and our discount will still apply. Rooms outside of our lodge room specific block are on a first come first serve basis. Unlike a traditional hotel block, you are free to make your reservations for however long you’d like. Whether you want to plan a vacation and stay for the whole week, or just one night, reservations under our block can be made up until December 9th, 2021. Room options and prices are listed below.
