What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather is looking like it will be in the 70's all weekend. If you get cold easily, would consider bringing a light sweather, because of the ocean breezer, but likely you will not need one.

What's the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

COLORFUL. Truly, think fun and bright for both men and women. Otherwise, semiformal: cocktail dresses for women (long, midi, mini all acceptable) and suits for men. No tuxedos necessary, unless you want to surprise us with the Dumb and Dumber get up.

What's the dress code for welcome drinks?

Dressy casual - sundresses for women or a nice top and pant situation / linen button downs, khakis etc for men.

Are children allowed at the events?

Answer

If you know Chris and I, you know we love children, but we are hoping to keep each event as adult only. If your kids are very well behaved, feel free to bring them to welcome drinks, otherwise please let us know if you'll need a babysitter for the events.

Should I make a reservation if I plan to eat out?

Answer

For dinner, yes, absolutely. For lunch, likely you won't need one, but it does not hurt to do, especially with larger groups (5+).

Should I rent a car if I’m flying in?

Answer

We don’t think so, as the beach is quite walkable but up to you.

Anything to know about driving in Miami?

Answer

Yes, the drivers here are the worst. Turn signals don’t exist, red lights are mere recommendations and much more. Be extra careful if you’re driving here.

Do i need to tip at restaurants?

Answer

No. All restaurants add an 18% service charge to all bills, so there is no need to add tip unless you of course would like to.
