The first time Becky and Taylor met, Taylor made a great first impression trying to protect Becky from the crazy people on the paintball field. From that first day it was known, Becky and Taylor were meant for each other, at least according to Kate and Matt. As the two hung out more they hit it off and decided to go on some dates. They went on a couple of dates but decided the timing wasn’t right and went their separate ways. For the next year and a half they remained friends, hanging out in groups and deflecting questions from everyone about why they weren’t dating yet. Then one day when the group was going to Hershey Park, Becky and Taylor decided to go a little earlier to make the most of their day at the park. Amongst the roller coasters and overpriced lemonade something changed. They had such a great time together that morning they decided to continue the fun by hanging out every weekend for the rest of the summer. By the time Halloween rolled around Becky decided maybe Kate and Matt were right all these years, so during one of their many weekend adventures Becky turned to Taylor and said “okay I think we should date” and fours years later, here we are on their wedding website.
With a two week road trip coming up Taylor knew the perfect time to propose... the weekend before they left. On a beautiful Saturday night after a day of working on the house renovation (as usual) they headed to a bar to “meet up with Taylor’s friends from work”. After ordering drinks from the bar and Becky refusing to stand in the picture perfect spot that Taylor had requested they sat at a table to wait for their drinks. Despite Becky being unknowingly difficult and ordering wine, the bartender brought them their drinks in the Mosca pint glasses Tom had given them for Christmas, a glass that Becky wasn’t allowed to drink from because she “wasn’t a Mosca”. Upon seeing the glass Becky smiled and turned to Taylor to say “Can you believe there is a beer brand called Mosca?” But when she turned to him, Taylor was on his knee asking if he could spend the rest of his life with her. Completely surprised and shaking, Becky said of course as the bartenders cheered on. The surprises continued with the family showing up to celebrate, a fully decorated house, and lots of food and drinks. It was truly the perfect day. Check out this video of the special day!
