Are children invited?

With the exception of the children in the wedding party, our event will be adults only.

How far are the hotels from the venue?
Answer
Both hotels are about a 15-minute drive to the venue.

How far are the selected hotels from each other?

The hotels are within walking distance of each other.

How do we access the room blocks?
Answer
Guests can book directly at the links in the "Hotel Accommodations" tab or call either hotel directly. Please ask for the: "Wedding" discount code.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a designated parking area with an attendant. The venue provides a continuous shuttle that takes guests from the parking area directly to the main building. Please account for the extra time needed to get to the ceremony. Guests with limited mobility, please contact us so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

I'm taking an Uber or Lyft, where can I get dropped off and picked up?
Answer
You can be dropped off and picked up at the designated parking area and take the shuttle to the main building.

How long does it take to shuttle to the main building from the parking/drop off area?
Answer
It is about a 1 minute shuttle ride from the parking area to the main building. You can walk from the parking area to the main building and take in the beauty of the grounds. We suggest guests with limited mobility forego the shuttle and contact us about making special arrangements.
