It is very important to us that none of our guests drink and drive. Thankfully, all of the events are easily accessible via Uber/Lyft, taxis (the "Curb" app helps), and public transportation. Please consider this as you are making your plans.

Parking in downtown Chicago

Parking downtown at hotels can be exceptionally expensive. If you will have a car, we recommend using Spot Hero or a similar site to save on parking costs. All wedding events are easily accessible without using a car, so if possible, make due without one.

Transportation to the wedding

The wedding venue, Sarabande, is located in the Avondale neighborhood, about four miles northwest of the River North / Loop area. The easiest method of transportation is to use Uber / Lyft or a taxi. The nearest "L" station is the Belmont Blue Line, about one mile away from the venue. Parking is available at Sarabande, but we kindly ask all of our guests to use other methods of transportation if you plan on drinking (and the bar will be great).

Travel to / from airports

Plenty of options to get from both O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) Airports into the River North / Loop area. Blue Line trains run frequently from O'Hare, and Orange Line from Midway. Both airports have plenty of taxis as well as Uber / Lyft. Keep an eye on traffic depending on when you arrive!
