Maid of Honor
Becky met Maggie Freshman year of college and they have been best friends ever since. They are best friends, roommates, and sisters at heart. They essentially do everything together. They work at the same studio, dance in the same companies, and even unintentionally wear the same clothes. They have lost count of how many times people have mixed them up (something they both take as a compliment). Becky knew Maggie would be her MOH long before she even met Gunnar. After all the beach trips, auditions, choreography proposals, and traveling the world, there is no one else more qualified for the job.
Bridesmaid
Lauren is one of Becky’s best and oldest friends. Her mom actually taught Becky her first dance EVER at 6 years old. After losing touch, they went to the same high school and rediscovered their long lost friendship. Lauren has seen Becky through some of the hardest and most joyous period of her life. Through it all, she has been a constant reminder of God’s redeeming and everlasting love. She is a best friend and a sister. Becky couldn’t imagine getting married without Lauren standing next to her.
Bridesmaid
Daria and Becky selected each other as roommates freshman year of college and never looked back. Cumulatively, they have lived together for 5 years. She loves her friends fiercely and Becky has benefited from that protective streak many times. From watching Avatar the Last Airbender on repeat to dancing 8 hrs a day, Daria and Becky have been through it all. Becky cannot WAIT to have Daria standing beside her on her special day.
Bridesmaid
Lauren is one of the coolest, kindest, and most caring people Becky has ever met. And to think, they might never have been friends if Becky didn’t purposefully throw incredibly heavy textbooks on the floor to annoy her in the dorm downstairs. Lauren lights up every room she enters and Becky is incredibly blessed to call her one of her best friends in the whole world.
Bridesmaid
Megan is yet ANOTHER one of Becky’s past roommates and her best friend. Meg might seem quiet, but with those closest to her, she’s just as goofy as the rest of us. Becky can’t think of anyone else she’d want to fangirl with over The Hunger Games or Harry Potter. Meg holds a special place in Becky’s heart and she couldn’t imagine getting married without her there. Through thick and thin, Meg has been a constant source of support and love.
Bridesmaid
Bella is one of those people who can walk into a room and make everyone laugh. Her storytelling abilities have no limit and Becky has laughed until her sides get sore countless times. Bella is as supportive, protective, and loving as a friend can be. Don’t mess with her people unless you want to get messed with. To be loved by Bella is to be loved fiercely. While Becky is slightly jealous of Gunnar being crowned “bestie” she understands and is just grateful to have her in the wedding party.
Best Man
Austin is one of Gunnar’s closest friends. They met while working at Woodstone Country Club and, at first, weren’t quite sure what to make of each other — two quiet guys, neither exactly outgoing. That changed the day one joke had them laughing for nearly 30 minutes straight. From that moment on, the friendship just clicked. Since then, Austin has been someone Gunnar can always count on, no matter the situation. He’s steady, loyal, and always there when it matters most. There’s no one Gunnar trusts more to stand beside him, which is why he couldn’t think of a better person to be his best man.
Groomsman
Gunnar met Ian through aviation — and, more specifically, through Peter — but their friendship really took off when Ian briefly worked at Moyer (and by briefly, we mean about 30 minutes). Despite the short employment, the friendship stuck. What truly sealed it was a Halloween event where, with no better ideas, they decided to dress up as crayons. From that point on, it was inevitable that Ian would be part of Gunnar’s wedding day. Ian is someone Gunnar knows he can rely on and who has shown up for him time and time again. He’s grateful to have him standing by his side as a groomsman.
Groomsman
Peter is the one who taught Gunnar how to fly — and from the beginning, Gunnar looked up to him as both a mentor and a role model, often turning to him for advice and guidance. Over time, that respect turned into a genuine friendship. Like many great things, their bond was further solidified by the infamous Halloween crayon costume — a decision Peter will probably never fully understand. (“Out of all the costumes we could have picked… we picked crayons.”) That moment became a core memory, and their friendship has only grown since. Gunnar is honored to have Peter — both a mentor and a friend — standing beside him as a groomsman.
Groomsman
Carson is Gunnar’s younger brother and the middle child of the family — and definitely the most outgoing of the three. While Gunnar and Trey tend to be more on the quiet side, Carson has always been the one getting into something, bringing energy and chaos in the best way. Like any brothers, they’ve had their fair share of fights growing up, but they’ve always known they could count on each other when it mattered most. Carson has been someone Gunnar can talk to about anything — in fact, he was the very first person Gunnar told about proposing to Becky. That level of trust is something Gunnar knows will last a lifetime, and he’s proud to have Carson standing beside him.
Groomsman
Trey is Gunnar’s youngest brother, and growing up, they argued constantly — pretty much 24/7. But if anyone else ever tried to mess with one of them, the other was there immediately. That loyalty has always been there. As they’ve gotten older, the bickering has turned into a strong, supportive friendship. Trey is one of the funniest people Gunnar knows — and he doesn’t even have to try. Gunnar has loved watching Trey grow into the person he is today and is incredibly proud of everything he’s accomplished. He couldn’t be happier to have him standing by his side as a groomsman.
