Flight
Fly into CID Airport
If you would like to fly into Iowa City, the best airport to choose is CID in Cedar Rapids. It is about 30 minutes from the hotel, whereas the next nearest airport (Des Moines) is about 2 hours away. Uber and taxis are available for transport from the airport to the hotel and back.
Travel Note
Carpool
Many guests will be traveling in from out of town. We have created a Facebook group for those interested in finding people to drive to Iowa City with them! If you are interested in the carpool option, request to join the Facebook group. The group is private, so you will need to be approved before you can see posts.
Shuttle
Shuttle from hotel to ceremony and back
August 24, 2024 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm
There will be shuttles running from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony at 3:00pm and 3:50pm. Shuttles will depart from the venue back to the hotel every 40 minutes starting at 8:20pm (8:20pm, 9:00pm, 9:40pm, 10:20pm, 11:00pm).
