I'm going to try and say this politely as possible, NO, no you may not take photos on your phone during the ceremony. We want you to be present during our ceremony and enjoy it. You'll see two people with cameras walking around snapping photos, we hired them to do that! Let them capture the day. If you still have questions please feel free to contact Becky.
Please arrive around 4:30 pm. The ceremony will promptly start at 5:00 pm, so please be to the ceremony space by 4:45pm.
If your invite and/or RSVP gives you the option for a plus 1, then please do want! However, if not, please join us solo for a fun night!
We are registered here, on Zola! If you click the word "Registry" and the top of the page, it will take you to our registry, where our Zola, Amazon, and Target registries are all compiled together. If you don't want to follow that route, you can just click any of the links below! The venue itself has the capability to hold 70+ people onsite! There are many cabins and even tent sites if you would like to sent up a tent to be able to crawl into at the end of the night. Cabins will first be offered to immediate family, bridal party, and out of town guests, then opened up to more local guests. Sleeping arrangements/Cabin assignments will be made closer to the actual wedding date and will be on a first come-first serve basis. There are hotels, if cabins or tents, aren't your style located within 30(ish) minutes of the venue. We don't plan on setting up a room block beings most people will be staying on the property or live in decent driving distance, but will be willing to reconsider if enough people reach out.
Short Answer: Yes Long Answer: The cabin breakdown is below: 4 Quads = Quads have 4 queen size beds, essentially sleeping 16 people if full. 4 Doubles = Doubles are the same as Quads, just a hair smaller, with 2 queen beds, essentially sleeping 4 people if full. 2 Buses = The buses each have two queen sized futons(very comfy futons and it's only one night, barely even a full night). Therefore the bus sleeps 4 people if full. Then options above all have some form of heat, AC, and electric, with a nice, clean common bathhouse smack dab in between all of them! 1 Yurt = This yurt is the most "primitive" way to stay, there is no electric to the yurt, but there is a queen sized futon, cafe set(two chairs and a little table). If you would like to stay in the yurt, please feel free, we can provide a lantern and Brad's charging bank for your phone if needed and/or wanted! You'll notice on their website that there are multiple room cabins and bungalows, these are already reserved for our families.
