What airport should I fly into?

Jackson Hole Airport (JAC), serves the Jackson Hole area and is located 26 miles (35 minutes) north of Jackson Lake Lodge. JAC is a small regional airport, however it is serviced by multiple major carriers (American Airlines, Delta, United). Due to the popularity of Jackson Hole, we recommend booking early. Several car rental agencies are also located at the airport. Visit jacksonholeairport.com for additional information. Guests can also fly into Idaho Falls, which is a 2.5-hour drive from Jackson Lake Lodge.

Does Jackson Lake Lodge offer airport shuttle service?

Airport shuttle service is available through Jackson Hole Shuttle in the town of Jackson. Reservations must be made in advance by calling 307-200-1400 and providing flight number and arrival and departure times. Several car rental agencies are also located at the airport.

Where should I stay if there are no more rooms available at Jackson Lake Lodge?

We suggest you book your reservation to Jackson Lake Lodge as early as possible through the website or calling (307)-543-3100. If Jackson Lake Lodge does not have rooms available when you go to book one, they have trained agents who can assist with providing availability and options for accommodations at their varied lodging locations within the park, which include Colter Bay Village and Jenny Lake Lodge.

Can I book activities through Jackson Lake Lodge?
Answer
For the 2024 season, scenic rafting trips and horseback riding can be booked starting February 1, 2024 by calling the Jackson Lake Lodge Reservations Office at 307-543-3100. Please note that activities are weather-dependent, operate on select days of the week and have minimum/maximum capacities. Advanced deposit is required prior to the activity.
