Escape the heat and see the sights on Mount Lemmon. ~45min drive up to the top. There are several vistas along the way up to take great pictures and plenty of hiking trails.

Lots of trails to choose from of varying skill level. Our favorites are 7 Falls, Phoneline & Blackett's Ridge. There is also a tram tour you can also take around the park with stops at different trail heads along the way.

One of our favorite places to take Gyps. Wander up the wash or try the 50 year trail. For more of a work out, one of our favorite hikes in town is Romero Pools.

Tumamoc Hill Hiking Trail

Tucson's most popular urban hike. Just west of downtown. This is a paved trail 3mi round trip. Don't let the "hill" fool you. This is a nice little workout. 1.5mi straight up hill with great views of the city. Sunrise and sunset are the best times to go.
