Daytime guests should aim to arrive at 1:00pm to give you plenty of time to park and get seated before the ceremony starts at 2:00pm. Evening guests can arrive from 7:00pm.
We’d love everyone to take this opportunity to dress up, but most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable in. Please don’t worry about avoiding any specific colours - you won’t offend us!
Due to venue capacity, our guest list is limited to those named on the save the date invitation.
Again, unfortunately due to venue capacity, unless specified on your save the date invitation, we are not inviting children to our wedding. We ask that you arrange childcare in advance and thank you for understanding.

The RSVP window for daytime guests has now passed. Evening guests need to RSVP by Sunday 31st August so that we can confirm final guest numbers and costings with our venue. If we don’t hear back by this point, unfortunately we won’t be able to make any additions or changes to the guest list.
We know that a Friday wedding isn't convenient for everyone and appreciate that it might not be possible to take a day off work. If you have received an invite to the daytime and can only make it to the evening, please just let one of us know. If you've received an invite to the evening, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate additional guests in the daytime.
Yes - please do! Our discounted room rates range from £130 to £165, including breakfast. Non-residents will need to leave the venue by midnight, but any guests of the hotel can keep the party going and join us at breakfast. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We ask that you keep phones away and on silent during the ceremony. Our amazing photographer, Imogen, will have this covered but there will be plenty of opportunity to take photos throughout the day.
Of course! There'll be a meal during the day, plus some late-night snacks in the evening. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We would recommend eating before you come as we won't be serving food until approx. 4:00pm and 9:30pm.
Yes, there will be a bar open during the reception. You’ll be able to purchase drinks throughout the evening.
We know that attending a wedding can be expensive, so we've decided not to create a gift registry. It already means a lot to both of us that so many of you are taking time off work to be there and are staying over.
