What should I wear?
Answer
The theme of the wedding is Viking and Renaissance style. So, we are highly encouraging our guests to come dressed according to the theme. Come dressed as a viking warrior or shield-maiden, a dashing knight, a comely princess, or even a lowly peasant looking for scraps. Come dressed as whatever you want! (Within reason and modesty, of course) We want to give you the opportunity to have fun with this. Like we have mentioned, it is not required.

Where can I stay overnight?
Answer
Luckily, in light of a late ceremony and reception, we have access to the farm all weekend! This means that we are hoping for our guests, if they are able, to bring tents, tarps, or RVs to camp and stay overnight with us at the farm. Due to the late festivities and alcohol served during the reception, we highly recommend staying with us over night to avoid dangerously driving on the winding, country roads surrounding the farm. If you would like to rent an RV for the weekend, please contact us so that we can help you get accommodated.

What is LARP?
Answer
Live Action Role-Playing. The Tournament of Knights requires combatants to use LARP style weapons and armor. LARP weapons are usually constructed from a sturdy foam material.

What should I expect in inclement weather?
Answer
Under the circumstance of inclement weather (meaning heavy rains, winds, or other severe weather), the Ceremonial Games and Tournament of Knights will be cancelled or moved to Sunday (TBD). The Feast, Ceremony, and Celebration of Unity (Reception) will still take place at the already determined times.
