Answer

Please come in Garden Cocktail Attire. Our wedding will be outside in a garden so have fun with it! Think fun colors, floral patterns, midi/maxi dresses, stylish separates, colorful suits, ties are optional. September can be hot in Southern California but it tends to cool down by the evening. Avg. September temperatures in this area are: High: 87 degrees, Low: 60 degrees

YES! Our venue is in a beautiful garden, surrounded by lots of greenery and trees that provide shade to our guests. Dinner and reception will be outside under a large tent.

We would absolutely love to see all of our guests and your kids at our Welcome Event on Thursday evening at The Film Hub and for our send off brunch on Saturday at CoLab Public House. For our Wedding and Reception, we do ask our guests with children to try to find childcare for them on Friday. If you are running into difficulty finding any childcare, please reach out to us. When/where will the shuttle pick me up?When/where will the shuttle pick me up?

Answer

3:30pm First Shuttle pick up from Fairfield Inn and Suites, 4pm Second Shuttle pick up from Fairfield Inn & Suites. Please plan to be outside the hotel reception at least 10 min prior to pick up. If you miss the shuttle you will be responsible for transporting yourself to the venue (Uber/Lyft/Taxi), the ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm There is some parking at the venue itself and guests can leave their car there overnight so long as it is picked up by 10am on Saturday.

YES, we have a hotel block at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in San Marcos.

YES, however it may be limited. We will be providing shuttle transportation both to and from our venue. See FAQ about shuttle service times and pick up/drop off locations
