What is the Wedding Dress Code?

Answer

As you plan your attire for our summer outdoor wedding, we would like to suggest that the dress code is semi-formal or festive attire. For the ladies, semi-formal or festive attire could include a cocktail dress, a nice skirt or pants with a blouse. Please feel free to choose light and airy fabrics and summery colors, but please avoid anything too casual, such as shorts or flip-flops. For the gentlemen, semi-formal or festive attire could include a suit and tie, dress pants and a sport coat, or a nice button-down shirt with dress pants. You can definitely have fun with your accessories, such as colorful bow ties or pocket squares, but please avoid anything too casual, such as t-shirts, jeans or sneakers. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any further guidance.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

YES!! We love children, but we kindly request that guests let us know ASAP how many children are in your party as to have food prepared for any fussy-eaters. We have you covered!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your RSVP invitation due to capacity restrictions. Those offered a 'plus-one' will be clearly designated on the electronic RSVP system. Please reach out to a member of the wedding party, as soon as possible, if your situation seems incorrect.

The RSVP deadline is Monday Aug 28th, 2023~!! Please RSVP through our website [thepetersonbookmans.com] and answering the proceeding questions. Please reach out directly to members of the wedding party as quickly as possible if any issues with the electronic process arise.
