Adam and I met the summer of 2017. I met his cousin Devin Gucciardo at a mutual friends wedding and her and I hit off. I started working at his uncles restaurant that summer. While we were both at different places at the time we immediately had a connection and become good friends.
We eventually realized that we had feelings for each other and with a little help we finally made it official. We’re both pretty introverted so it took a little nudging (thanks Devin!).
We both knew for a whole that we are each other’s person. One sunny September afternoon Adam and I had a picnic off the blue ridge parkway and that’s when he popped the question. It was an automatic yes.
