We have secured a block of 25 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda. This hotel is one block away from the Bethesda WMATA station, and is right across the street from the Bethesda Row pedestrian mall - a nice place for food/drinks/shopping if you have free time. The group rate is secured for stays checking in no earlier than October 10 (Friday) and checking out no later than October 12th (Sunday). 2 ) You **must** reserve by Friday, September 19 2025 in order to receive the group rate. 3 ) Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm (noon). 4 ) Self-parking at the hotel is $31/night. Train
Washington Metro Transit Authority (WMATA)
WMATA - or the DC Metro - is a convenient option for traveling around the DC Area. There are frequent trains (5-15 min depending on time of day) and you can get to most areas of DC on a single line. The DC War Memorial (ceremony venue) is closest to the Smithsonian Metro Station on the Orange and Blue Lines, and Comet Ping Pong and Pizza (reception venue) is closest to the Van Ness-UDC Metro Station on the Red Line.
Flight
Washington National Airport (DCA)
Washington, DC has several available airports but DCA (Ronald Regan Washington National Airport) is the easiest option as it is directly connected to the WMATA Metro system. The two other options (your mileage may vary) are BWI (Baltimore Washington International) and IAD (Washington-Dulles International) and are similar distance from downtown DC. BWI has a low-cost commuter light rail line to get from the airport parking garage to Union Station in DC. Dulles is connected to downtown DC via the WMATA Silver line. It is a relatively long ride, but can get you downtown easy enough.
