How do I RSVP?

An RSVP card will be included with the formal invitation that needs to be mailed back by June 1, 2019.

What time do I need to arrive?

Answer

For the ceremony, plan to arrive at St. John Chapel no later than 3:30pm on Saturday, July 13, 2019, to find a seat. If you cannot attend the ceremony, but will be joining us for the reception, please arrive between 5:30-6pm.

What should I wear?

Dress code is semi-formal.

What is the transportation situation?

Answer

Check back in closer to the wedding date! We will have shuttles running steadily throughout the night, but are still putting together the final schedule.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

What is the food situation?

Answer

At 5pm, small bites will be served at the Cocktail Hour. At 7pm, dinner will be served in The Grande Ballroom. At 10pm, there will be a late night snack.

The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all be taking place indoors.

Will Charlotte's last name be changing after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! After the honeymoon, Charlotte will be taking Alex's last name and replacing her middle name with her maiden name. Her legal name will be Charlotte Becker Thomas.
