Will there be transportation to/from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles picking up guest from the hotels listed and returning after the wedding reception. Pick Up Times: Courtyard Bradenton/Sarasota Riverfront: Between 3:45-4:00PM Tru by Hilton Bradenton I-75: Between 3:45-4:00PM **The Shuttle starting at Tru by Hilton will also be stopping at the Courtyard Bradenton/Sarasota Riverfront**

Are kids invited to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We know traveling with and without kids can be challenging, and would like all of our guests to enjoy themselves as much as possible. Please let us know if your little ones require a high chair or booster seat! The venue requires all children to be accompanied at all times on the property. Children are not permitted in the wooden areas surrounding the grounds as there have been Florida panthers and other wildlife appearances.

Answer

Both Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) and Tampa International (TPA) are within proximity to the venue.
