Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. We would love to see you dressed in lighter colours. Please consider the possible cold weather when planning your outfit. Our only request is that you do not wear any shade of white as that is reserved for the bride.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you receive a plus one, it will appear under the RSVP section on the website.

When Do I Need To RVSP By?

Answer

Please RVSP no later than May 8, 2024. RVSP's are required to attend. We very much want to spend this day with you, so please reply ASAP.

Do we have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to give a gift we will gratefully accept cash donations to go towards our future home. We will have a card box at the reception which you may put an envelope in. If you wish to E-transfer instead you can send this to Taylor_Torrie@hotmail.com.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm. Please arrive with enough time to find a parking spot and a seat.

Is there parking?

Answer

There is a parking lot when you pull into the venue. The parking lot should be able to accommodate all of our guests.

WIll there be a bar?

Answer

There will be free water, iced tea and tea set up. There will also be a toonie bar with drinks. As there is no ATM near by please be sure to bring enough cash to pay for your drinks for the night. Please drink responsibly.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking photos from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Guests are welcome to remain at the venue.

Will the venue be indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors with the reception being held in the event tent.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony your phones remain on silent. However we welcome photos during our reception. If you take photos please tag us on Instagram using the hashtag #Torriewedding2024

Will there be food?

Answer

There will be a buffet dinner beginning at 5:30pm. We will also be providing a 10:00 lunch. Please contact us with any allergies you have.
